Brewer's Arizona Air Conditioning & Heating Maintenance

16 Point Precision Tune Up: only $69 ( Reg $99)

• Check and record refrigerant charge.
• Inspect seal on plenum/roof elbow.
• Inspect contactor for wear.
• Inspect condensate drain line for proper drainage.
• Inspect exposed duct work for leaks and proper insulation.
• Check and calibrate thermostat as required.
• Inspect blower wheel for cleanliness.
• Oil motors where required.
• Inspect fuses and electrical disconnect.
• Tighten electrical connections.
• Inspect air temperature difference.
• Inspect crankcase heater.
• Check voltage/amperage on unit.
• Controls and safeties will be tested as needed.
• Inspect and rinse outside coil.
• Provide written evaluation of system and advice or any necessary repairs.

Energy Savings Agreement: $199.00

Bronze Membership Program $199 year each system

Includes
• 2) complete system inspections (20 point tune up)
• Outdoor coil cleanings (One time a year)
• Evaporator coil cleanings (if accessible, will not disturb any seals on cabinets) (One time a year)
• Condensate line and pan cleaning (One time a year)
• Diagnostic fee is waived during normal business hours ($99 savings)
• 10% off repairs, parts & labor for any repairs required
• Priority service (membership customer get service before non-members)

Platinum Membership Program $259 year each system

Includes
• 2) complete system inspections (20 point tune up)
• Outdoor coil cleanings (each visit)
• Evaporator coil cleanings (if accessible, will not disturb any seals on cabinets) (each visit)
• Condensate line and pan cleaning (each visit)
• Diagnostic fee is waived during normal business hours ($99 savings)
• AFTERHOURS FEE waived during non- business hours ($149.00 savings) (1 per year)
• 15% off repairs, parts & labor for any repairs required
• First pound of refrigerant included if needed
• Priority service (membership customer get service before non-members)

Your HVAC service technician will complete the following 20-points as part of your air conditioner maintenance / tune-up special:

• Check thermostat operation and accuracy
• Clean filter or replace (customer supplied)
• Check and document system air temperature split compared to manufacturer specifications
• Check and document superheat and sub-cool compared to manufacturer specifications
• Check and document refrigerant operating pressures
• Inspect electrical disconnect for safety and proper operation
• Inspect wiring and tighten electrical connections as needed
• Inspect contactors, relays and circuit boards for proper operation and condition
• Check capacitors and start components that aid / protect critical components
• Inspect and test safety switches and devices for proper operation
• Check voltage and amperage of all motors and compressor(s) compared to manufacturer specifications
• Inspect indoor blower and motor for dirt build up to make sure your system can run efficiently and the air you are breathing is safe
• Inspect bearings and lubricate all moving parts (as required)
• Inspect belt and adjust tension (as required)
• Inspect condensate pan and the drain line (if cleaning is required, then contractor will provide a quote if additional charges apply)
• Inspect outdoor coil and advise customer of condition
• Inspect indoor coil and advise customer of condition (only if accessible and won’t disturb any seal on the cabinet)
• Inspect duct seal at unit and secure panels
• Explain and document all necessary repairs
• Run and test system
